Psalms 89 speaks of the goodness of the Lord, and the absence of the Lord. The blessings and the lack are at both ends of the paradigm of life. Highs and lows for sure.
But the Psalms 89 ends with this powerful encouragement, “Praise the Lord!” No matter which side of the paradigm you find yourself, make sure you “Praise the Lord!”
Numb. 16:48, "There He stood, between the living and the dead, and the plague stopped!"
