If you are anything like me, you strongly dislike “being in the dark”. Not knowing, not having an understanding, being relinquished to stubborn faith based out of muscle memory, etc…
In John 12 Jesus told the disciples some pretty hard times were coming, and they didn’t understand, but Jesus “calms the storm” yet again in John 13:7. “You don’t understand it now, but you will! Someday!”
Today, if your “someday” seems so far away. If the picture of light behind the mountains is your life right now, know that the SON will rise above the mountains! Your darkness now, means His bright light is coming!
So stand in awe of the coming “Sonrise” in your world. Stand with the knowledge that it may dark tonight, but the SON is rising…SOON!
